What is HotClip?
HotClip is a native clipboard manager for macOS 15 and later. It keeps supported text, images, files and rich text searchable on the Mac; adds on-device image OCR, snippets and paste queues; and requires no account for normal use.
HotClip is currently free to download and use. The current version, installer checksum, signed update feed and older releases are published on this site.
How product claims are maintained
- Instructions are checked against the controls and defaults in the current application.
- Material guide changes receive a visible updated date and a matching sitemap date.
- Privacy claims link to the full policy rather than relying on a short marketing statement.
- Release notes, versioned downloads, SHA-256 checksums and the signed appcast remain publicly reviewable.
